Bad Luck

As most of you know, last week I preached a message about superstition.  In the service I tried to produce as much bad luck as possible.  I literally got up on the wrong side of the bed, walked under a ladder, opened an umbrella inside, placed my shoes on a table, spilled salt, and broke a mirror with a hammer among many other things.  I'm happy to report that I had a great day (many superstitions are supposed to give you bad luck for a day) and it's been a great week.  If the whole thing about seven years of bad luck for breaking a mirror is true we're going to have to wait and see.  Stay tuned.  Obviously the whole point was to show that there is really no such thing as bad luck.  Even in the lives of Spirit-filled believers there are bad DAYS, but not bad luck.  If you are superstitious, I hope that my little demonstrations shows you that there really is no such thing as back luck.
